Passionate about the arts since childhood, Alex Blaquière began his career as a texture artist in the field of visual effects. Working on numerous AAA projects, such as The Book of Boba Fett and Andor which won an Emmy Award for their visual effects , as well as Obi-Wan Kenobi and The Mandalorian from the Star Wars universe.

Although painting has been a hobby until now, the major disruptions in his industry have pushed Alex to take his passion for painting to another level. This is how Alkemix Art Studio was born .
