Policies, Terms and Conditions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on delivered products, except for defective items directly related to our production. We encourage you to carefully check your order before finalizing it. If you receive a defective product (not caused by shipping), please contact us within 10 days of receiving the package at alkemixartstudio@gmail.com with a description and photos of the defect. If the request is approved, we will send you a replacement upon receipt of the affected product.

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost in shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items with a description and photos to facilitate the claims process with the carrier.

Exchanges are only possible for defective items (not related to shipping). No exchanges for reasons of size, color, or change of mind will be accepted. If you have received a defective item, please contact us at alkemixartstudio@gmail.com within 10 days with the necessary information and photos. Once the product is returned and inspected, we will proceed with sending the replacement item.

Sale, promotional, or limited edition items are considered final sale. No exchanges or refunds will be offered for these items.

We currently only ship within Canada. Restrictions may apply due to customs regulations or logistical constraints in certain regions. Please check delivery availability to your destination at the time of order.

All orders are typically processed within 3 to 14 business days, but this timeframe may vary depending on order volume and product availability. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Depending on your purchases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. Different delivery times may therefore apply to each part of your order. For example, "unlimited" and "merch" products are handled by Printful services, while "limited quantity" products are handled directly by the artist. They are therefore shipped from two different locations and will arrive in separate packages, which may result in different delivery times for each part of your order.

In case of significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email at the address provided during the order.
