Shipping Policy

All orders are normally processed within 3-14 business days, but this time may vary depending on order volume and product availability. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at the address provided when ordering.

We currently ship within Canada only.. Restrictions may apply due to customs regulations or logistical constraints in certain regions. Please check availability for delivery to your destination at the time of ordering.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These costs depend on the delivery destination, the weight of the package and the shipping option chosen.

4. Shipping Methods
We use various carriers including Canada Post, UPS, DHL and others.

5. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

6. Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Estimated times will be provided when entering your shipping address at checkout. Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or customs delays.

7. Customs, duties and taxes
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or additional fees imposed by the customs authorities in your country. These fees are not included in the product prices or shipping costs. Orders delivered to Quebec are not subject to additional taxes.

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials, damaged items, and photos to support your claim.

9. Delivery addresses
Please make sure the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete information.

10. Returns and exchanges
As stated in our return policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the products have been delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects. All sales are final once delivery has been made.
