Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or refunds on delivered products, except for defective items directly related to our production. We encourage you to carefully check your order before finalizing it. If you receive a defective product (not caused by transportation), please contact us within 10 days of receiving the package at alkemixartstudio@gmail.com with a description and photos of the defect. If the request is approved, we will send you a replacement after receiving the affected product.

2. Damage and loss during shipping:
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items with a description and photos to facilitate the claim process with the carrier.

3. Exchanges:
Exchanges are only possible for defective items (not related to transport). No exchanges for reasons of size, color or change of mind will be accepted. If you have received a defective item, please contact us at alkemixartstudio@gmail.com within 10 days with the necessary information and photos. Once the product is returned and inspected, we will proceed to send the replacement item.

4. Exceptions:
Items on sale, on promotion, or in limited edition are considered final sale. No exchanges or refunds will be offered for these items.

5. Return costs:
Return costs for defective products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the defect is confirmed to be due to an error on our part.

6. Refunds (if applicable):
If a refund is approved for a defective product, it will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive the product. If you have not received your refund after this time, please check with your bank and credit card issuer first before contacting us.
